Сюжет кино: We spent 8 weeks in this apartment and would go back. The apartment is spacious and its description is very accurate but there is a steep hill from the supermarket back up to the apartment which wasnt mentioned. It was particularly clean and nothing was a problem if we contacted Mats or Kath and Roger who were on hand and attended to all our queries or requests very quickly. We particularly liked how well equipped it was and the pool area was spacious and spotlessly clean all the time and sunbeds are supplied. The pool area wasnt busy most of the time. This is a quiet residential complex and we at no time had any hassle or noise from other owners or tenants. Parking is included in the basement with a lift up to the apartment. The complex is a good 20 minutes walk down to the promenade and 10 minutes down to the supermarket. A sizable shopping trolly is supplied in the apartment which is a huge help especially with the hill.

Very nice and modern place to stay. Good place to stay if you have car, but also if you like to walk a lot and appreciate silence and peace around. Few kilometers from the beach. Nice rooms and very good facilities. Sunny balcony.

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is exactly as described: chic, nicely furnished and very well equipped. The communicate with Mats or Kath and Roger was very easy and friendly. We appreciated the extra services (offered for additional charge). Every thing was well organized.

I stayed at Mats place for 10 days. The place was more than I expected. Better than in pictures. Roger was waiting us when we got there and helped us settle in. I'd recommend Mats apartment to my friends.

It was a great experience staying in Mats apartment. Mats was always quick to reply and gave us the answers we needed. The apartment really looked as nice as it does in the pictures and had all the kitchen equipment you would need to make all kind of meals. You could see the ocean from the large balcony better in real life than in the pictures and it was a great spot to sit and have breakfast in the sun. The area around the apartment was quiet and nice. The only thing that was a bit tiring about the location was to walk up the hill to the apartment from the grocery shop, the city or the beach. It was quite a walk to go down to the beach and home again. Then again you could take a cab from the beach but we always walked up the hill. We had a really nice stay at the apartment, we stayed there for a week and I can really recommend it for a relaxing holiday.

We arranged the transfer with Kath, and were picked up by Roger from the airport. He stopped en route so we could pick up supplies from the supermarket. The apartment is large and airy. Very clean, and modern. Well equipped. There were 4 of us but there's plenty of room for 6 if you use the sofa bed in the large lounge. Terrace with table and seating for 6 overlooking the large pool. Use of tennis court and paddle court, with rackets, bats and balls provided. For those who can't live without it, there is wifi, and the TV in the lounge has internet. Very quiet residential complex. It's about a 20 minute walk to the centre of Los Cristianos - down hill. There is a bus stop just outside on the main road. The supermarket is a 10 minute walk. Use the trolley from the hall cupboard because it is up hill on the way back. Or get the bus back up the hill. We wanted a quiet location away from the centre and this was perfect. It won't suit you if you want all the bars and restaurants on your doorstep.
